Jason + Sam | Married!

This wedding requires me to type more than a couple words. So here I go…

On October 13, at around twelve thirty, Jason’s family was supposed to meet him to help set up for his proposal to Sam. They arrived to his house where they saw a note on his door telling them to head to Winn Park. When they arrived, Jason was waiting, and so was Sam…behind a tree. He announced to them that his plans had changed, and that’s when Sam appeared. They wouldn’t be getting engaged on October 13 – they’d be getting married. The rest of the guests, who wouldn’t arrive until 6:00, were also told that Jason was proposing. At 6:30, Jason’s brother informed them that Jason changed his mind: he’s not proposing. He’s getting married. Enter bride and groom. Begin ceremony. Boom.

Their surprise wedding was an honor to be a part of. There are some couples whose love makes you want to love harder: Jason and Sam, twelve years in the making, are one of those couples. Their families took us in and let us be a part of their story. And this is my attempt to share their story through a lot of photos.
